2024 Learning Zone User Meeting

HBS Systems Dealer Management System

We were thrilled to be able to gather again for our annual Learning Zone User Meeting! We connected with dealers and industry experts from Record360 and KENECT to share best practices, and industry knowledge, network, and take part in insightful discussions on HBS Systems dealership management system best practices.

In total, nearly 200 attendees came together in another amazing turnout and a testament to the collaborative spirit of our dealership community. While it’s a big ask for our customers to take time out of their busy schedules to meet in person, we appreciate it and have several that plan on making it an annual event.

We’re consistently striving for innovation and success for our dealer partners and set out to achieve three main goals to make this year’s user conference a worthwhile event:

  • Collaborate on the future of HBS Systems dealership management system
  • Help HBS Systems customers get the most out of their DMS
  • Provide HBS Systems customers with the opportunity to learn from other dealers
  • Give time for one-on-one time with the HBS Systems Executives, Trainers, and leaders from our Customer Support Team

Future Development Session

The opening session provided the opportunity for our valued customers to provide input and insight for future HBS Systems dealership management system features. Developing ideas to overcome dealer challenges that align with the workflow of dealers is the reason we have enjoyed long-term relationships with our customers for nearly 40 years. We’re looking forward to continuing to innovate for your dealership’s success.

Training Sessions

The conference offered segmented Accounting, Parts and Inventory Management, Service, and Rental learning tracks for those just starting to use HBS Systems and more advanced users wanting to dig deeper into their HBS Systems dealership management business system.  The sessions were led by our team of industry experts and offered insights relevant to all areas of the dealership, from budgeting to accounting to customer service to inventory management, OEM communications, parts, service, warranty, rental, and more.

Networking and Making Connections

While we have the opportunity to network with likeminded teams at industry conferences like Dealership Minds Summit, AED Summit, DSEDA, and NAEDA, when else do we have an opportunity to get so many dealers and industry experts in one room all using HBS Systems dealership management system? That is the reason why we made sure to provide the opportunity to mingle at our welcome reception:

A welcome reception provided the perfect setting to relax and do some networking between dealers and our product experts, to ask questions and get answers immediately.

Exclusive One-on-One Sessions

This extremely popular session provided an opportunity for dealership teams or individuals to schedule time with our experts one-on-one to cover the topic of their choice. If you didn’t take advantage of this opportunity, sign up early next year as they will fill up quickly!

”Meeting with HBS Systems customers to showcase how Record360 improves the efficiency of equipment inspection processes in their HBS Systems NetView ECO dealer management software was an incredible opportunity for our team,” said Damon Haber, Co-Founder of Record360. “The collaboration in the heavy equipment industry continues to elevate the experience for HBS Systems dealers and elevate customer confidence and trust by adding transparency to equipment rental transactions. We look forward to our continued partnership with HBS Systems.”

Thank you to all of our valued partners for sharing your experiences and insights with us. You are the reason we have been inspired to consistently provide innovative solutions to increase efficiency and maximize profitability for nearly 40 years.
