Everyone is worried about the dollars and cents; however, other dealers we know who don’t use HBS don’t have the capabilities we do – costing them more in the end. As a long-term 25-year customer of HBS Systems, we were happy with the software; however, we were lured away from a competitor with a smoke-and-mirrors sales pitch.
