When we call, we get great customer service. Even if you call in with a “weird” question, if the support team doesn’t know the answer, they will seek it out rather than just pass over it.

The accounting system is pretty intuitive. I like how well it integrates with our parts suppliers to keep up with inventory and pricing. I like the e-docs feature and use that all the time.

We changed to HBS systems after being on another system for 28 years. The training and support have been awesome! The experience was smooth and efficient. The Service Management feature is excellent!
