The accounting system is pretty intuitive. I like how well it integrates with our parts suppliers to keep up with inventory and pricing. I like the e-docs feature and use that all the time.

HBS Systems is very easy to use and easy to get around in. The custom financials make it easy to look at all 13 locations on one consolidated screen, and if needed, I can look at each location for further analysis.

Whenever I call with a problem, and usually it is a hard one, they always do their best to resolve it and keep me up to date on what is going on.

If we have any kind of problem we email or call and they are on it to get it solved. I’d highly recommend HBS Systems to any dealership to improve workflow. They truly understand the business.
