Job details:

HBS Systems is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team.  The UI/UX Designer will collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.

Location: This is a fully remote position.

Salary: $70,000-$75,000 Annually

 Job duties:

  • Lead the implementation, content creation and ongoing maintenance of the LMS product at HBS focusing on the key areas of Internal Staff Training, End User Training and Internal Staff Skill Certification
  • Work closely with Internal Management in all phases of planning, development of content and testing and be responsible for documenting project progress
  • Develop a long-term LMS plan, research and plan for new business technologies with management team
  • Partner with internal Subject Matter Experts to create, design and deliver viable course modules for the HBS software products that will be used for internal and end user population
  • Create testing to measure the success of students and relevance of course materials
  • Manage LMS administrative functions of defining users, maintain student registration, track student progress info, provide reporting to students and internal management, oversee the library of courses
  • Collaborate with internal management and SME team to create processes and workflows that provide the best learning experience for students and end users
  • Provide resources and training for internal and end users to learn how to use the LMS and progress successful through the available course material

Job qualifications:

  • The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal communication skills, technical expertise in learning management systems and experience with online course development
  • Minimum 3 years of learning management system course development plus maintenance/administration of the LMS system
  • Minimum 3 years of management or leadership experience
  • Bachelors degree and/or equivalent experience
