APIv2 + Service updates
The current Service APIs will be updated to support additional endpoints related to requested common needs. These will include:

  • Repair Orders
  • RO Details (Line items/Conditions)
  • RO Description
  • RO Cause text
  • RO Fix text
  • Technicians
  • RO tech notes text
  • Technicians time clock

Current API customers will have access as of the release to production, new interested dealers will need to engage with customer success to be on-boarded with this optional extension of the NetView software.

Note: This is NOT a breaking change for customers on API v1, who will be able to continue to use the existing endpoints.

APIs endpoints—Wholegoods and Customers (NV-8214)
These are also moved to v2 configuration. No new endpoints released.

General NetView Enhancements

  • NV-8495- Adjustments to service invoices to better display surcharges
Addresses the possibility for this info to overrun the existing total box at the bottom on some template forms and places total surcharges next to credit card confirmation info.
  • NV-8289- Repair Order (RO) condition image attachment
This extends the existing attachment capability within ROM to allow individual condition lines to have documents associated with them. This should help with consolidation of warranty workflows.
  • NV-8202- Disable Payroll check printing (Canada)
This eliminates the ability to use this program for Canadian dealers, as it was deprecated in October 2025.
  • NV-8201- Add notification to discontinued payroll programs
Related to above, informs the user to the discontinued functionality of these modules when opened.
  • NV-7985- SmartSupply partials
Further enhances this offering for Kubota dealers.
  • NV-7617- ARA to Excel
Requested by multiple dealers, including at the recent Learning Zone conference- this update enhances the useability of this report output.
  • NV-7192- SC/ROM closed conditions view
Optional user interface toggle adds the ability to reduce the number of items showing in the calendar view in Service Connect (SC). In the image on the left below, the full Service Connect calendar is present. The right view toggles off closed conditions, reducing visual clutter:

We were impressed with HBS Systems when we made a request specific to our dealership. Their team expedited the programming process to upload a short-notice store addition into the business system. I’d recommend to any dealership to take a look at HBS Systems.
