The integration of each facet of the dealership: sales, parts and service. This software allows us to keep track of sales orders, daily parts orders and customer work in-process in real time. We’ve used HBS Systems for decades! We carry both Kubota and AGCO and the integration with those manufacturers saves us so much time and money. When it comes to your business system, you get what you pay for. Everyone is worried about the dollars and cents; however, other dealers we know who don’t use HBS don’t have the capabilities we do – costing them more in the end. The team is great to work with too! It’s nice to have long-term knowledge and experience to support us.
HBS Systems is easy to use. It’s easy to look up parts and whole goods, saving us time and money.
When we call, we get great customer service. Even if you call in with a “weird” question, if the support team doesn’t know the answer, they will seek it out rather than just pass over it.
On occasion, we’ve requested special need reporting and they always find a way to get us the information fast!

After using other systems, I can honestly say that the HBS Parts Inventory and POS Invoicing application is the most powerful and capable I have ever seen. It’s full-featured and accurate, yet user friendly and easy to learn.
HBS is easy to use with an intuitive interface and help is always one phone call away. They can remote access the system to see any problems and get them fixed quickly. It also integrates with our main vendor(s) for pricing and inventory. I’ve been using HBS since day one; however, many of our employees have used other dealership management systems and prefer HBS.
The accounting system is pretty intuitive. I like how well it integrates with our parts suppliers to keep up with inventory and pricing. I like the e-docs feature and use that all the time.
